First of all, relax. You're not alone. Every day we meet with clients who present with the same issues time and time again, all struggling with daily living just because they didn't pay much attention to their emotional wellbeing. It's very common for us to sweep our difficult feelings under the carpet, but it doesn't have to be like that. We can help you manage your fears and negative thoughts and increase the positive and happy thoughts.

Like you, we have struggled with life at times. We sought help, resolved our past issues and decided to retrain as psychotherapists. We are incredibly passionate about what we do and will work tirelessly with you to try and make positive changes in your life.

I have had over a decade of experience in London's demanding / ever evolving music industry.

I know and understand the daily stress and anxiety that executive and managerial level roles can cause - irregular working hours, pressure, sleepless nights, travelling, lack of routine etc.

I have previously struggled with maintaining a consistently 'happy place', I understand how frustrating it can be to never truly feel like you have found happiness and fulfillment in day to day living. Through therapy I worked through my demons and now live a much happier life.

I wanted to be a therapist from a very young age but my father rightly told me age 16 that I had to 'live' before I could help others find happiness. Years on I now realize this was very wise advice, I had to live the journey myself to help others live and manage it effectively.

My main objective is to help others in the same way that I would have liked to be helped when I was going through a difficult time. I have a genuine empathy for people and I promise to work tirelessly with you to make a difference to your personal happiness.

I am trained in a range of frameworks and techniques (Person Centred Therapy, CBT and Psychodynamic to name a few) and have experience with different cultures, nationalities, religions and sexual orientations. Areas of particular expertise/interest: anxiety/stress management, depression, sleeping issues, sexual dysfunction, relationship and self esteem issues.

For a client to grow within the therapeutic environment a rapport must be nurtured. I would like to think I am particularly skilled in this area. Offering clients a free 15 minute phone consultation is a unique part of the service we offer, as we understand that it is imperative to see if the client feels comfortable with their future therapist.

I've lived in London for the past 10 years, having previously lived in the US and South Africa. I grew up in Estonia and am old enough (ha!) to remember the fall of the Soviet regime, the Singing Revolution and the Baltic Chain. Due to my upbringing I fully understand the struggles of changing environments and dealing with what may seem as a very dark reality.

During my career, I've worked alongside US diplomats and leaders of the London corporate world (including hospitality, telecom and pharmaceutical industries). I have gathered ample experience which I believe gives me an excellent understanding of the stresses and pressure that accompany the pursuit of corporate careers. I am especially passionate about helping women reach their way to confidence and emotional wellbeing in both their corporate and private lives.

During my studies for a psychotherapy qualification in London, I trained in a range of frameworks including Person Centred Counselling, CBT, Psychodynamic Counselling, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and Behaviourist approach, to name a few. Integrative approach to therapy allows me to design a unique treatment plan for each client, sort of a 'best fit' hypotheses which again isn't set in stone and can be adjusted as we move forward. I like to involve walking therapy sessions when working with my clients, read more about that
 here.

I am happy to discuss any questions you may have during a free 15-minute discovery session via Skype.
